Check that you entered the correct shipping address, if you did not then we will have to wait for the order to be returned to us before shipping your order to a new address.
If you selected Standard Shipping, you will be asked to wait the quoted shipping time for your location + 10 working days after this shipping time, to see if your order arrives.
If this time elapses without your order arriving please get in contact. You must make us aware of any shipping issues or lost shipments within 3 months of the original purchase date.
If you selected Priority Shipping, you should be sent a tracking link directly from the fulfilment warehouse at the time of shipping. If you do not receive this link please get in contact.
