But first, check that you entered the correct shipping address in your confirmation email. If you didn't, then we will have to wait for the order to be returned to us before shipping your order to a new address.
If you selected standard shipping service, please wait the quoted time (this should be listed on your order) + additional 10 working days after this shipping time, to see if your order arrives.
If this time elapses and your order hasn't arrived by then, please get in contact with us at email@example.com and we can investigate and arrange a replacement.
You must make us aware of any shipping issues or lost shipments within 3 months of the original purchase date.
If you selected priority shipping, you should be sent a tracking link directly from the fulfilment warehouse at the time of shipping. If you haven't received this link, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
