Can I return my order?

You may cancel and return your order at any time within 30 days after the date of purchase (subject to the limitations set out below).

If you would like to cancel and return your order, you must inform us in writing either by email to info@bareconductive.com or by post to

You also need to return the products to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them.

If the product has been opened or damaged and is not in a resalable condition you will not be entitled to a refund. 

Products returned will be refunded in full, however, we can't refund you for the shipping costs or for the costs of returning the product to us.

Please include your order number in any correspondence.

We can't issue refunds on items purchased through a third party, you must contact them directly.
