Does Electric Paint work when it hasn't dried yet?

The conductivity of Electric Paint increases as it dries, therefore it is important to wait until it is completely dry to test your projects. Electric Paint can only carry a small current when wet, so for most applications, it will not be conducive enough in its liquid form to work.
